Our much-respected Director of Music, Dr Roger Williams, MBE, has intimated his resignation from the post with effect from 31st December this year. So, we are now looking for an experienced and gifted organist and choirmaster to continue and develop St Machar’s long tradition of choral singing and congregational worship.

The Organ at St Machar’s is a magnificent Willis Organ installed in 1891 and regularly maintained since. More details are available on the Cathedral Website (www.stmachar.com). The Choir, which has grown and developed in recent years, includes eight Choral Scholars and a strong body of committed singers.
